Historian and Long Beach Lifeguard Captain, Mike Lundwall, will present a history of Long Beach Bathhouses on Thursday, July 18th at 7:00 PM at the museum. 

Bathhouses, with changing rooms and showers, provided access to pools and beaches for visitors seeking cool ocean breezes. Join us as Mike describes the various bathing pavilions that dotted the Long Beach Boardwalk and their importance to the history and development of the city.
